Bad Points

No goods delivered and no contact. No reponse to my emails or phone calls.


General Comments

My order placed 3 weeks ago as still not arrived. No-one answers any of the phone numbers listed (and one is even unobtainable). Submitting email requests results in a standard response that their email servers are being maintained. I have sent 6 emails now and still have no proper response from any other than a machine.

Since they have debited my account and will not respond, I can only assume that this site is fraudulent.

I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Since they are a sister site of gadgetsuk.com I have tried contacting them via that site again, also with no response.

Advise avoiding BB Guns UK at all costs.
