I booked a flight by Expedia and what a mess. I got to the airport early 4:30 am, thank god! Continential cancelled the flight 11:30 the night before and called Expedia. Do you think Expedia notified us, nope! I stood in another line and tried to get a flight through. Delta had 4 seats left on the flight for 12:00, so we booked the flight. I went back home and called Expedia, they didnt know anything about it. I ask to talk to a supervisor from Expedia,he said that they would have done the re-book, (If I would have waited for Expedia I wouldnt have gotten a seat out.) I told him I already did his job and ask "what i should be paid for doing their job" as far as I'm concerned Expedia did not do their job and offered me nothing. I guess what I'm saying is just do booking yourself cause places like Expedia doesnt feel responibility for notifying you of changes.
