General Comments

I ordered a Hamster cage and ball on the 08/06/09 for my Son's Birthday on the 13/06/09 and am still waiting to receive the items on 27/06/09. I emailed and spoke to staff at the store about the delivery time and was assured that the cage would be despatched on the 15/06/09 - still waiting. Their customer service is nil, their communication is poor and they now say that the goods have been desp'd but could take upto 15 days to arrive because of Royal Mail.....Pull the other one. Do yourself a favour -do not buy from them. Message to Net Pet shop- sort yourselves out otherwise you'll go out of business.
