Rude, lazy, bad business. Go to Amazon.
General Comments
I moved to London from the US to go to University. I decided to buy a camera while I was here and found a good deal at Bristol... until I tried to pay for it.
They told me that they would not take my US credit card. Oh well, they lost 1200 quid and I got a better deal on ebay.
Good luck running that business in this economy fellas, being rude to customers on the phone will surely see you through!
