Hi
I too have been using Piz buin for years and have been more then happy.
BUT I have just tryed Piz Buin Sun Lotion factor 6 with the new added HELIOPLEX. within three days I was covered in a rash which turned to raised large red painfull lumps under my skin. I had to have two different times of Allergy tablets,Hydrocortisone cream and use a Ventolin Inhaler. I am now in to my second week, so i'm hoping things get better. Custome Service at Piz Buin have been very helpful and offered an allergy test to prevent it happening again.

    How did you contact Piz Buin, please? There is no e-mail address or helpline phone number on their official website for customer care (only a number in Switzerland if you have a technical question about their site itself).

    Please could you post details of Piz Buin's phone number(s) or e-mail address, there isn't one on their official website for customer care, which I think is pretty poor. I'm going to be complaining to them, still itching today!
