Good Points

were good, very quick at sending out documents, can get things sorted on the phone


Bad Points

they seem to have got worse over the years, price they offer on renewal is insulting, admin fees are annoying , phone lines often over 10 minute wait and not free number


General Comments

i have been with tesco car insurance for 5 years now, and i have 5 years ncd so don't know how they handle claims, but i have paid them a fortune in admin fees changing my address over that time.

i threaten to leave and they they have waived it but sometimes i can't be bothered with the fight. as for the renewal price they offer someone who has given them about 3000 quid and claimed nothing, discraceful, my renewal quote is over 100 pounds higher this year , and direct line is 200 pounds less.. if i ring and speak to retentions i can probably get it for this price, but i can't be bothered with the battle this year, this really is my last year with them, oh yeah and their phone lines are rammed, and not free
