getting such a good deal on a very well crafted gun.
Bad Points
1) i wish the barrel was longer. the 15 inch barrel makes for quick shooting, but i believe a 19 inch barrel would've been better for accuracy and velocity. 2) i believe that i purchased a gun designed for the brittish market based on the muzzle velocity of about 850 fps. i desired a magnum gun of 1000+ fps. 3) others are going to be jealous that you got this gun for around $200 instead of $400-500.
General Comments
i am totally content w/ my webley tomahawk. there is so much bad press about the turkish-made webleys that it made this gun VERY affordable. i have been comparing it to my rws 350 and the 350 mag wins only one of the categories - velocity. this gun was advertised @ 1000 fps. mine shoots about 850. this is the ONLY disappoint i had - and the reason i gave it a 9 instead of ten. the woodwork is completely outstanding. the mechanics are very tight and smooth and will likely last more than my lifetime. it will spin the beer can around on the 60 yard stick i have set it on w/ the crosshairs dead on. it will group inside a dime @ 15 yards. i don't know that i would pay $500 for a u.k. gun, but i am ecstatic w/ my $225 turkish gun.
