Good Points

Flight itself - once we eventually got going - was the same as any other budget airline.


Bad Points

Our flight was delayed and then cancelled, and staff were unable to provide clarity on why it was cancelled or when they would be able to fly us out. Because of the uncertainty, they kept a plane-load of passengers sitting around the airport for at least 12 hours, waiting to hop on a plane.


General Comments

I wouldn't fly with Atlas Blue again, given the bad experience we had in May 2009. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours and then cancelled.
