they didnt sell all three of my apartments from under my nose
Bad Points
poor answer time at call centres, cut you off after being on hold for 30 mins at 5p per minute, expect me and my companions to re arrange our holiday leave (all six of us work full time) which we could not all do, just a total catalogue of disasters.
General Comments
hmmm well i am about to travel in two months having booked 3 apartments for 3 couples to the resort we visit regularly and chose specifically for a big family celebration, thompson sold one of my apts to someone else, didnt tell me, i found out when i went to add one person, cant do anything they say except refund or upgrade but we have a reason for staying where we booked. wouldnt take the apartment back off the couple they sold it to even though i booked my holiday a year ago and they sold it to these other people a month ago, FANTASTIC well done thompson you have absolutely ruined our celebratory holiday, now one couple have to sleep for two weeks solid on two put me up beds not suitable for anyone over 5years old and be cramped all in one apartment, cost me over £40 in phone calls to try to sort this out because you are incessantly on hold due to understaffing i assume. i will never book with thompson again ever, in 20 years of foreign travel all over the world with numerous companies this is the second and last time i would ever trust this company, ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
