General Comments
i bought a 390 awning for my hobby caravan on 16th june from Glossop Caravans, i asked for an 8ft awning. was sold a 390 the salesman told me it would fit. i took it away at weekend and it wouldnt fit , was far to short. i went back on the monday and was told it would fit so i cant have a refund. i asked to speak to someone else, so i contacted him later in day. he told me he would sort it out on the tuesday and ring me. he didnt , i rang him and he said , hes not in work because his child had lost car keys, said he would ring me next day. he didnt. at this point i gave trading standards a call, who advised me what to do. i went back on 26th, was told he was not in today.its his day off. i told the man that if i didnt get a refund, it was trading standards who would be dealing with it. all of a sudden the assistant went for a walk round and said he spoke to them, at last i got my money back. i will never never buy anything from you again. i have been a customer for many years. and i was so frustrated with being fobbed off.
