123-Reg took about 300quid for a rake of .es domain names then never registered them.
I have documentary proof of this including their dated invoices.
I later found out that you need a Spanish ID number to register them, therefore it seems impossible for them to legally sell them, especially as they dont have a field for "Spanish ID number" when you book them. Yet they continue to advertise them.

Im going bonkers with their "customer service" team at the moment telling me id be refunded 5 days after I had to go through the trauma of convincing them of their mistakes. Still no refund.
Im currently working out which ombudsman or watchdog controls UK based domain resellers as im reporting these guys.

My advise? Dont touch them.
