You're not buying what you're seeing.
Once you give them your money, it's gone.


General Comments

The "Newport-News" store presents itself as a respectable company (they even offer their own credit card) with good selection of clothing and good prices.
There are a few problems, though. First of all, during ordering, you may be surprised how big a portion of your final bill would be the shipping costs and handling costs. I was surprised, but already so much into buying the stuff I selected, that I went on anyways.
Then, when you finally open the package that you receive in the mail: a tremendous disappointment. Actually, all of the items that I bought truly had some resemblance to the pictures in their catalog. They just looked like poor imitations from the '80s. The fabric was different, the color was off, or the overall shape was just not exactly as shown.
Then, the worst part came: I returned everything I purchased. And it is now 8 weeks since I am waiting for my money back.
