I am not flying Aer Lingus again
Bad Points
Have been known to double book (read: charge) customers for flights and are slow to non-responsive on returning fares to customers. If you ever go to Shannon, find someone else to fly you because Aer Lingus staff there is on the outskirts of humanity.
General Comments
Aer Lingus has terrible service and employs some of the most brash airline attendants i have ever experienced in my life
