Good Points

I found a great deal ELSEWHERE at SYDNEY VAN HIRE, someone who was happy to have a short, informed and committed conversation. Happy to get away before the bad service went further.


Bad Points

Where is the customer service that you advertise? It appears there isn't any!!!!


General Comments

I called Ascot Car Rental Marrickville this morning, Thursday the 25th to rent a van for my trip of 10 days away in about 3 weeks so I can be prepared. I got as far as answering the questions: How long do you need it for? When do you need it? He replied "I'm busy now, call me back then" and simply hung up!
