Good Points

My 3 for bills is good.Cheaper bills.Min and text bundles are great.With the Link i got a free Ipod Classic.I love it.


Bad Points

Reception a lot worse than competitors.Texts/calls made that are never received.Total lack of empathy if you have consistently faulty phones not bought directly from 3.Regular sales calls from India.


General Comments

No messages/calls. If you don't buy a 3 phone directly from the company you get fobbed off bigtime if you have problems with your phone.They don't give you replacement handsets and you have to wait a week to get it repaired or replaced. I've had 3 Sony Ericsson K770i phones now and am convinced they are second hand/faulty on delivery. On all 3 handsets there seems to be a problem of just not getting messages or calls.People regularly try to call me and it doesn't even ring.Messages not received even in good areas.
