anything to get more money at airport too many jobsworths


General Comments

flew with jet2 june 2009 from manchester check in was a nightmare it just seemed they were trying anything to get more money from travellers biggest complaint a number of us had flight cases bought as this, told to try them in there flight bag rack just to big after some arguments they admitted the rack was smaller than some other airlines ? they had another rack at the gate people who had cleared checkin were pulled if the flight bag would not fit there undersize rack they wanted excess costs, one small case cost £115
