General Comments
Have no complaints at all, I have experienced other networks and moved to Orange mainly because it's the only network I can get coverage on when visiting family in Wales! I have always found their customer service to be good I have never had to wait long to speak to someone. My upgrade experience with them was the best I have had with any network. The customer services rep did not try and talk me into a price plan I didn't want.( I wanted a 12 month contract,as 18 or 24 months is too long!). Other networks usually try to persuade me to accept more expensive plans with minutes I don't need. Overall very satisfied at present
