Good Points

Sounded great

Bad Points

Customer service is non exist ant, not interested, not even one line replies, (when they bother to reply) even the complaint form on the web site will not work, so I would stay away, they do not deserve customers money

General Comments

Purchased an lay z spa, cannot say a lot as it will not work, and customer service is not interested, so a complete waste of money!!
the error code 6CF comes up when you plug it in, the instructions are not clear about this code, Not connected to a grounded or grounding type receptacle!!!
what does that mean, can customer service tell me? NO

Don't hold me to this, but I have read loads of reviews about this product now as I'm thinking of buying one, one person had a similar problem because they had plugged the unit into an extension cord then into the mains.

Apparently when they rang the help line they were told you can not use an extension cord it has to be directly into the mains socket and this was the problem.

I don't know if this is the right solution for you but I thought I would pass the information on.

Hi, thanks for your help, no, it was not the problem, it was pugged directly into the mains!!and the final result was we were told the unit would not work, after spending a further £30 on another RCD unit, that was after them telling us to try plugging it in during the middle of the night as the electric was better then!!!
Good luck if you take the chance!!and buy one
