General Comments

Saga are absolutely pathetic.
Last summer I notified Saga that someone has dented my car door but that I was not making a claim.
When I got the renewal lasr week they has increased the premium by nearly 50% due they said "to the claim". When they checked they agreed there was no claim and promised to reduce the premium.
The next renewal notice was an INCREASE so i ramg them again.This time they said they would restore my NCD. Good of them when I pay for protected NCD .
This they did but the premium stayed the same.
I also noticed that they have downgraded my european breakdown cover to UK only - this after having it for about five years.
I have just rung to speak to someone only to be told that there is no one available to talk to me but that someone will ring me in the next 24 hours.
Guess what? I won't be renewing with SAGA.
