easy to book. reasonable extra charge for no excess insurance cover.


General Comments

We have used Holiday Autos frequently over the years, but have noticed a worsening of the service they offer. The last 2 times we have been given a smaller car than the one promised. Worse, the company in Tenerife was one of those outfits you have to find (with difficulty) somewhere away from the main car hire desks, and they gave us a truly awful car (an old battered Yaris with over 20,000km on the clock) - the worst I have ever hired. Last weekend we were in Valencia station arguing that the "Astra-type" car booked with Holiday autos was NOT a Citreon C2. But the main fault was with HA - we saw the documentation that booked an A grade car (the smallest) with Atesa. So HA say one thing to you and another to the hire car company. Bad news.
