General Comments
This was a ridiculously expensive conservatory. I told a builder once how much it cost and he refused to believe me. Over the 10 years we have had this conservatory virtually every pane of the double glazing has failed. Dealing with their customer services department is an absolute nightmare. Getting them to follow up phone calls, emails or letters can be a struggle. Numerous errors have occurred in getting new parts of the wrong size or colour. Scheduling a fitter to fit the parts can take months. I was 2 weeks late making a claim on the warranty and they refused to honour the warranty which I thought they might do as a sign of goodwill. I profoundly regret buying an Amdega Conservatory. I have absolutely no confidence that this conservatory isn't going to present us with expensive repair bills forever more.
