dial a phone customer serive is EXTREMELLY BAD!!!
When I call back, there's no really person to answer, and always have tech problems with the line. WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!!
So worte complain by e-mail to cancel my orders by next day. But NO RESPOSES AT ALL again!!!
E-mail them yesterday again to cancel my orders, but one of my order had gone through already and without any secuirty check (before they request me to call them for secuirty check).
I really doubt this website. How many really staff is working?
My recommendation for you is NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER use this company.
