Sure, Rockabilia have great products. But I ordered a shirt and a postcard THREE MONTHS AGO. Once I paid them and they took my money, they told me the shirt was on backorder and could take as much as 2 months. Great. Now, 3 months later, I get an email saying the item was discontinued! They only offer exchanges, and now I've been waiting on hold for 20 minutes, with NO music, just the same "please hold" message literally every TEN SECONDS. This is the most annoying shopping experience of my life. Internet, real life, or otherwise. Just awful. Oh, and the postcard hasn't even showed up yet.
