Bad Points
everything about it...... do not buy unless you want to spend all your time trying to start the thing. i had an old strimmer for 20 plus years even run over it in a car and it starts with ease
General Comments
bought my Spear & Jackson SPJBC28 last year. trouble starting from cold and if you try and start when its hot.....forget it. problems with the strimmer spool which has now exploded. i bought it as i thought spear and jackson was a good make but what a let down.
