Good Points

Absolutely none. Beware.


Bad Points

Customer Service. They don't like refunding your money if the garment dooesn't fit. Never answer the phone. Hard, hard work.


General Comments

Spoiled Brat is an absolutely terribly website. Diabolical customer service. I sent back an item which I did not want. Despite having the relevant Royal Mail paperwork which proved that I had returned it and in good time, they refused to issue my refund. They just refused to answer calls or emails. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card and my card issuer took up my grievance and won, and the money was repaid to me. Since then I have been inundated with newsletters and despite countless requests, they refuse to stop. Crazy!
