Bad Points

Sagging in the middle and what now appears to be a broken spring. This set was used by one person in the household. The cover is pristine, the insides are definitely defective. Very poor workmanship.


General Comments

I purchased a pillow top Stearns & Foster mattress and low rise "box spring" approximately 4 or 5 years ago. The mattress began sagging in the middle after about two years use. Unfortunately it could not be turned over because of the pillow top. I spent around 1200 dolloars and am very disappointed in the quality of the so called guaranteed for 10 years product. I had always heard that this is a reputable firm, I dispute that claim. I, too will never purchase any product from this company. My set was purchased from Rotmans in Worcester. They tell me I have to go to the manufacturer with my complaint. Good luck with that one.
