Stainless heat exchanger

Appalling customer service.

General Comments
The Vaillant EcoTEC Plus 831 is a mediocre boiler, several weeks points. Poor design, prone to leaks due to use of cheap rubber hose connections in stead of copper.

Aftersales service must be the worst of all makes sold in this country.
