General Comments

Ok Homebase Stamford did not have the item I wanted in stock, but I feel the management and online side really let the place down. I found the staff extremely helpful and nice in both Stamford and in Spalding (where they had the item in stock) Stamford was more than happy to check stock elsewhere and reserve the item for me.
Basically don't rely on the website as it is very poor and nothing but problems. Deal with the staff instore and there are no worries.
