General Comments

Just came to give my feedback. Christmas 2007, I was passing by a Phones4u shop in Oxford St, London. A guy from outside of the shop almost drag me to the downstairs to sell the mobile and I took one contract. They gave me 3 months free internet but i was not aware of that. then after three months they started to take by DD. I never knew about that until in my final month when i was talking to my service provider. I complained to my service provider they have investigated my situation where i have been charged for internet for last nine months but i have never used it for a sigle seconds. They refunded my money. So Thanks to Orange but phones4u ??? be careful before you sign the contract.
