Claim handlers are pleasant and stay calm


General Comments

Car broken in to in a theft attempt but immobilizer stopped them. Initial contact with Admiral car insurance fine and car picked up by garage. Then nothing happens unless you chase, chase and chase some more then insist on speaking to people further up the food chain. If they say they've spoken to garage / police etc my advice is check for your self as the busy poor lambs may have been "mistaken"!
On to day 14 and still not a spanner lifted by the garage.

Oh and they joy of an 0871 premium rate phone number to do it through - look on the web and you can find a lower rate 0844 number.
