customer service, lack of information, confusion , cannot talk to the people that write to you to point out mistakes nobody seems to want to take responsability. will not deal with this bank again
General Comments
have a mortgage with bank of scotland, terrible service you write to them asking them for confirmation of capital repayments get different replies, when asked how much capital repayment allowance i had left i received to conflicting answers by post from the same department, i had mortgage with abbey before straight forward replies and better service. Anybody wanting to make capital repayuments with bank of scotland will get different ammounts allowable depending who answeres the phone, or who decides to write back.
