General Comments

This is very interesting I thought perhaps I was the only individual with cause for complaint against Treadmill Superstore. I purchased a treadmill from them 27th Mar
It arrive faulty never worked, right from the offset
they promised to send someone out to repair to no avail
It took a month to get through to them as they never reply to emails or seem to pick up the phone nor do they have voicemail
they offered to send someout to repair heard nothing

explained i wanted a refund to cut a long story short they will not pick up the faulty item and refund my money

They almost appear to place the blame in my court, with a reference to the fact i am not willing to accept a repair on an item i have had for 2 months and has never worked
