eBike must be the most imcompetent insurance company i have had the misfoortune to deal with. They cancelled my policy claiming they had not received proof of my no claims bonus, despite me sending it twice via post in the envelope provided by them (unstamped - cheapskates) and via emai, they even had the audacity to claim they contacted my previous insurer and said they had no record of my policy. To top it all they are charging me £50 cancellation fee and they as i write this one week after they cancelled policy not given me any refund even though i paid in full. God only knows if i had, had to make a claim. Be warned DO NOT USE
