Radio Caroline started in 1964 and is still going today. There is loads of history about the station available on the internet. They don't play the mainstream boy/girl bands that are in the charts, but do play 1960's & 70's etc, classic rock, rock, pop, easy listening, alternative, indie, punk, folk rock, and a lot of new music. Music is played by artists such as Led zep, Pink floyd, Beatles, Rolling stones, Status quo, Crosby, stills, nash & young, KT Tunstall, Green day, Aerosmith, Kinks, Kaiser chiefs, Elis costello, Sparks, Human league, Guns n roses, Al stewart, Kate bush, Manis street preachers, Blur, Oasis, and many many more.. The deejays are not big headed people who think theyre celebrities, they are genuine music lovers, and are contactable via email and skype.
