Every time I have contacted SKY, i have waited minimum 30 mins. to max 65 mins before my call has been answered.
the usual answer to any problem is: soory we are not able to help you, and there is no senior person to speak to you right now - no matter whatever time of the day it is.
a lot of them, very rude response most of the time from the service provider, no senior member to speak to - or they refuse to come on the phone to resolve the problem.
