Good Points
Do what they say - this is very rare in Vietnam!

Bad Points
Some of their tours are a bit expensive but these are always new tours or on their responsible tourism packages where part of our money go to the local comminities.

General Comments
We have been using Footprints Vietnam Travel for many of our friends and relatives coming to Vietnam, they are excellent to their promises, they care about their clients and the staff are always helpful.
