Rude crew, bad food, rude staff at the check-in counters, uncomfortable seats, dirty and smelly planes, discriminatory practices


General Comments

I have traveled internationally twice by Northwest Airlines. The first time, the airlines changed the flight time and did not inform me. Luckily, I called up the airlines and found the time was changed by 8 hours!

Second time, the airlines did not provide the food requested as per dietary restrictions. On top of that, the air hostess was rude and called me fussy- the rudest staff ever seen.

Recently, I heard from someone who noticed that the airline counters have inaccurate weighing machines. The same baggage on two machines showed two different numbers. The staff yelled at the person and told her to remove stuff despite the baggage being within the limit. For another passenger who was white and had exceeded by more than 10lbs, the same staff kept joking and let him go. If this airlines wants to lick the white ass, then let these guys go bankrupt.
