Bad Points

After receiving the initial quote, the terms and conditions sent out were completely inappropriate for a domestic suply an fit contract. Despite many phone calls and emails and promises to respond, one month later, we heard nothing. We went to another more expensive but considerably more responsive company.


General Comments

Great web site that allows you to calculate the costs. This is useful even if you do not use Double Glazing On The Web (when talking to other suppliers). Very competitive pricing. Initial response was very efficient. Great website and pricing facility. Poor customer service.
