quick to get to customer service but they are rude and unhelpful

to call them costs 5p per min and some times can take ages
very unhelpful people at the other end of phone

General Comments
Been with The Utility Warehouse Discount Club for 2 years now. Rude customer service staff. Cut off my broadband for no reason. Very expensive as well.
