Our tour manager was terrible, rude, unapproachable and very unprofessional.
General Comments
Being picked up at your door and taken to the airport then brought home after your holiday is great , Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone, Titan Travel drivers also very professional. Our holiday to the National Parks in the usa was great, you see such a lot in 17 days.
