Thomas Cook credit card - absolutely discusting customer service. Charged me £28 interest on a Thomas Cook holiday payment. My previous bill balance was zero and when I received my next statement it had my holiday payment transaction plus a £28 interst charge. I queried it and said how can you charge me interest before you send me the bill. They said its in the new terms and conditions from April 09. I complained and got no where. I've got a Barclaycard and never had any interest charges in 20yrs as I pay my bill off each month on time but Thomas Cook Credit charge you before you even get chance to see your bill!!!!
