General Comments

I paid my loan fee of 55 pounds at the beginning of May ,got paperwork through, went on this website was stunted at what I had read decided not to bother with loan I have phoned Wentworth several times been told refund would be put back in account,phoned again after waiting 1 hour to be told there was a cheque on its way still haven't received that phoned again was told they would chase it up and I have also wrote three times it is costing me a fortune,What a shambles of a company the staff are abrupt and they don't have any customer skills.
