    I am sorry to hear you have missing parts on your order, unfortunately we receive all our products direct from the manufacture. If there are missing parts from an item we have to request them from the manufacture which can take several days. If you please email sales@bodypower.co.uk or steve@bodypower.co.uk quoting your order reference number I will personally chase this for you
