General Comments

We found out they managed to not pay the airline for our international trip. We found this out the night before the trip. The receipt they give you is worthless. They charged a $500 penalty for a ticket change which is legally limited to $200. They booked a ticket two days before the trip and didn't tell us. We had not contacted them for several months. They charged us $500 more then the original receipt said. We will NEVER use AA TRAVEL again.
