On 7th of June 2009 I was travelling on SWISS flight LX139 from Hong
Kong to Zurich (and then to Warsaw).
I requested vegetarian meal (Asian Vegetarian) at the time of buying
the ticket and I got it.
Still hungry I asked two flight attendants to get me more vegetarian
food-and I said clearly that I want Western Vegetarian (passenger
sitting next to me heard this and I have her email address).
They said are not sure if they have some and asked if I want chicken
instead-I said no,thanks!
So they brought me some meal without aluminium foil on it-which is
saying what kind of meal is inside.
I didn't worry about that-they knew I'm vegetarian-they marked my seat
with small flag and I said clearly that I would like Western
wegetarian meal.
So happy me started to eat.
While chewing and swallowing first piece of meal I realized that taste
was strange.
I took the tray and went to flight attendant who was with her
trolley.I asked what she has given me-she said meat!
Then I felt like vomiting ,passed her the tray (which she didn't
grab-tray dropped on the floor) and rushed to toilet.
There I saw my meal again.
Out of toilet I was met by angry group of flight attendants asking me
to clean the floor.
So I started express my outrage ,asking why I was served meat.The
answer was-because I requested meal,and they didn't have anything
else.
I asked why meal didn't have aluminium foil on it and said that they
knew I am vegetarian
No reply but requests to clean the floor.
Then I little overreacted
So few hours later I requested complain form.Smiling flight attendant
said they don't have one.
Later her supervisor came to me with form saying that if I complain
they will react because I dropped the tray and used inappropriate
language-and they have witnesses.

In the leaflet promoting new SWISS commercial "Lx
forty" I read :"At SWISS we welcome each guest as unique and think
they should have the room and opportunity to be themselves".
