They were on time. That is the only good point.

Rude and unprofessional. Did not provide all of the services promised. Did not assist 11 women getting in and out of the SUV limo. Would not provide insurance info after an accident occurred.

The biggest complaint about any time limo is the driver did not help us in and out of the SUV limo. There were 11 women in our group and we all had on heels and sandals, and most of us are under 5'4 so it was a pretty big step up and down. At the end of the evening, my sister who recently had a c-section and has a newborn baby at home, was trying to get out of the limo and fell backwards out hitting her head hard on the pavement. The limo driver came over to the limo for a minute to ask if she was ok, then went back to doing paperwork. He didn't help the rest of the people out, or take down any information. He did not notify his employer of what happened. He just went about his business like nothing happened.

We were all standing around making sure my sister was ok and that we didn't need to take her to the hospital. She was saying her head really hurt, and now she has a bump on the back of her head. So far she has not had any serious problems.

I contacted the limo company to tell them what happened, and to get their insurance info to file an incident only liability claim (I'm a workers' compensation claims adjuster and I know how important it is to file a claim right away). The guy not only refused to give me the information, but called me a liar and said we made the whole thing up. He doesn't believe it happened. None of his driver's reported an incident, and since I couldn't remember the driver's name...he said we probably didn't even have a limo with their company. He was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. Then when I tried to ask more questions, he hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting a response. We aren't looking for a refund or any money. All we want to do is file a claim with their liability insurance company in case my sister needs medical treatment in the future. She could start having blurred vision and headaches (to name a few) from a head trauma.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for any type of event. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about their passengers at all. I had a simple evening bachelorette party where we went to a restaurant to see a Hawaiian dinner show. The only reason we got a limo was because it was a far drive and we wanted the group to ride together. No one got drunk and our evening was over by 11:30 p.m. We are not party people, and this company accused us of being a bunch of drunk women falling out of a limo. This is a very rude company that should be out of business for the way they treat their customers.
