They pester you with e-mails to encourage you to return your application with the Broker's fee.


General Comments

I'm always suspicious of a company that purports to lend me money in an instant after collating the most basic details of my circumstances.
Before returning the application form I tried to contact Wentworth to obtain details of how the application would be processed, who would be the lender and what the actual loan rate would be. Fat chance! Like many others I rang the contact number and waited only to be cut off at the very moment it seemed I was about to speak with someone.
I decided to check the FSA register, www.fsa.gov.uk/register/home.do, where you can search for companies authorised by the FSA. Yes, you've got it right, Wentworth Direct Finance is not listed. That is when I visited this site and read the high number of bad reviews and of the tactics employed by a typical scam.
Save yourself some money and from disappointment by avoiding this company. Far better to visit www.creditexpert.co.uk to help yourself sort out a loan with a reputable lender.
