General Comments

I have the same issue as another reviewer. Thomas Cook Credit Card charged me £28 interest on a Thomas Cook holiday transaction of £3500 before i even got the bill to pay. When i received the bill I queried the £28 with customer services and even complained but it did me no good at all. I couldn't believe when they said my interest free period had ran out and they started charging me interest. I was a new customer and thought by clearing the balance off each month i wouldn't incur interest charged like my Barclarcard. Strangely enough this card is Barclay's too! I will not be using this card again.
