Bad Points
Cant believe SMS is even legal in this country.
General Comments
I dont want to go through the details again, it hurts me to think about it . I had similar situation that many people here had.
In short words, what happened to me with SMS is that they LIE about making 2 attempts of delivery which they never did, and leave me no option but to pay extra 20 pounds minimum to get another delivery.
I still haven't received my passport!!
what i also want to say is that i spoke with the staff who isn't helpful at all, the so called customer concerns email doesn't work so far (fail to send to the address).
the whole company is rubbish, and one should try avoid it as much as possible. shame the US embassy offers no other options than SMS.
