They treat customers with contempt.


General Comments

Thomson fly are a disgrace, after failing to put my luggage on a flight from Manchester to Dubrovnic, their agent then refused to deliver the luggage to my hotel, then the UK customer services told me it was nothing to do with them and hung up the phone.
I had to fetch the luggage 3 days late form the airport, it took a whole day, if I had not hired a car then I would not have got my luggage at all. When I returned to UK I received a pitiful 70 quid from their insurers and Thomson won ' t answer my emails or the phone.
